Service. Honor. Dedication.

The Montezuma Fire District serves approximately 9.6 square miles of the unincorporated areas of Southeast Stockton, and the Stockton Metropolitan Airport. Having a mix of industrial, residential, commercial, a section of Highway 99, together with the Stockton Metro Airport and the surrounding business park, this makes for very diverse and challenging scenarios during an incident.  For more information about the services that we provide, training, the areas we cover, or employment opportunities within the department, please contact us using the link above.

The Montezuma Fire District serves a very diverse community with a variety of interesting cultural, religious, and group events.

As an active partner in our community, the members of the Montezuma Fire District and the Montezuma Fire District Muster Team Assoc., regularly works with and participates in some of the events organized by members of our local churches, non-profit organizations, and civic groups.  We participate in career days at local schools, parades and car shows, with various organizations and groups, and have helped during fundraisers for disasters and "fill the boot" events.

Some of the things happening on any given day might be a school field trip to the fire station, CPR and First Aid classes, fire extinguisher training, local residents using our air station for bicycles, or our oil recycling center.

Also there are some notable yearly events that we participate in, such as the Cinco De Mayo parade, Chinese / Vietnamese New Year parade, the Fourth of July parade, and many church health and resource fairs, block parties, and other function throughout the year.

So come on by and say “Hi” the next time you see us at a community function, we’re never too busy for a picture, or to show some of our equipment to you or the little ones!
